Wk Fruits Heaven Sdn Bhd offers full refund under certain conditions. We implore you to read the conditions explained in more detail below to see the conditions applicable to your situation, while following the proper procedure.
If you are unsatisfied with the product you have purchased from us, please do inform or contact us, we are more than willing to assist in your refund procedure. Our refunds policy gives you 2 or 7 days to return or exchange a product purchase online with valid receipt depending on type of products purchased. You are eligible for a full refund within the 2 or 7 days of your purchased product depending on type of product.
After the 2 or 7 days period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try our products within the first day after their purchase to ensure it is still in good quality.

Refunds (If applicable)
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by any means of communication that is accessible to you that we have received your returned product. We will also inform you if your refund request has been approved or rejected.
Refunds will be granted and may be subjected to change depending on the condition of products you have received:
Fruits and Vegetables(Delivery only within Klang Valley region) and Dry Products(Delivery within Malaysia):
FULL refund(if applicable):
* Products with obvious signs of use
* Any products that are not in their original condition, damaged or spoil for reasons that are due to our error; and
* Any refund request for damaged products(Fruits and Vegetables only) made within 2 days after purchase.
* Any refund request for damaged products(Dry products) made within 7 days after purchase.
PARTIAL Refund and REJECT ABLE Refund(if applicable)
* Any products that is not in original condition, is damaged on purpose or missing parts that are NOT due to our error; and
* Any products(Fruits and Vegetables) return more than 2 days after purchase.
*Any products(Dry products) return more than 7 days after purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
